I love the clock! The shipping company was sub par, Fedex held it at their entry point for close to two weeks, the box was wet and damaged and it looks like it was opened at some point. After several phone messages by me, the clock finally arrived...luckily when I opened the package the clock was not damaged. Please ask why your shipping company was so disrespecful to your product.

This clock is beautiful. It really is an elegant piece that enhanced the decor in our home. We did, however, have a bit of hard time putting the hands on the clock. We received the 39.5 inch metal/wood clock. It got delayed in customs for several days (came from Turkey), but was expedited quickly! I agree with the others , the 13 one inch screws sticking out the back of the clock need to be covered to prevent wall damage. I hot glued plastic end caps over each screw which worked great. Otherwise, it is a great looking clock!

Love the look of the clock. The material around the edge did have a chip and crack from shipping I assume. But I covered it up with a cabinet marker. It is not noticeable. It looks beautiful.

I was looking for a large clock and it was great to have so many size options. It’s nice to look at during different times of the day and various lighting as the 3-D effect and shadows vary making it not only a timepiece but a work of art. My only complaint was with hanging the clock - we weren’t comfortable with using just one nail - and had to get creative using a picture hangar, complicated by the prongs on either side of the “12”. We worked it out and couldn’t be more pleased!

My spanking brand new Bross metal wall clock was delivered very speedily on 02/19/'26 by FedEx. It came very well packaged with ample amount of protective Styrofoam. And as for the clock itself, I found it to be a beautiful, distinctive, quality-made, eye-catching piece of art. I proudly mounted it on the wall in my living room, and it looks simply great! And even though I'm in my 80's, I'm looking forward to the years ahead as that clock silently and majestically displays the time of day, 24/7. Now for a personal (hopefully not too lengthy) comment. I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Jack, the Bross Home Shop owner. When I placed my clock order late Saturday night on the 14th of February, I was a bit sleepy-eyed. I wasn't as mindful as I should have been. And I made a goof that I didn't catch until after I had placed my order online. I immediately sent an email to the Bross Home Shop informing them of my error. My hope was that my error could be corrected before my clock order went into the Bross shipping system. I figured I would find out sometime on Monday. But to my surprise, I received an early Sunday morning email from Jack, the owner of the Bross Home Shop. His email was both friendly and gracious. My email reached his hands. But before responding back to me, he retrieved my order (Order #8944) and found the error I wrote about and corrected it. Then he sent it forward in their Bross ordering system. Just going by Jack's email alone, I would say without hesitation that Jack is a class act. And I sincerely wish him and his business well.
